Took me a bit longer than I wanted, but I finally watched The Mist – recommended to me by Youn-hee.

The Mist is a horror/thriller movie based on a book by Steven King, so you know it’s potential is pretty good. I was happily surprised by this movie from beginning to end, and I simply loved the filming style. I’m a big fan off the loose-hand camera stuff, like what you find in Cloverfield. While this movie isn’t shot entirely like it’s made with home cameras, it still gives you this feeling like you’re actually part of the movie.

I could see why people might dislike the ending, but I find it to be fitting. So thanks a bunch honey, for telling me about this movie! I wish we could’ve watched this together, though. Even I at some parts jumped up from sudden things, which is pretty uncommon for me. It made me think of you a lot, though. :)
